Can I customize my order?
Yes. Just drop us an email at ynflorist.hk@gmail.com or contact us via live chat and we'll get in touch with you to work out your very own creation.
What are the payment options?
We accept bank transfer, PayMe and Alipay.
Can I change my order details?
Changes to order details should be done at least 24 hours or ONE day before the delivery date and selected time slot. We could not accept any last minute changes on the day of delivery to make sure your order is delivered on time.
If your order has already been processed, a 100% cancellation charge will be imposed.
How many delivery slots do you offer?
We currently offer TWO delivery slots and they are:
a) 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
b) 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
*Specific time delivery service is subject to availability of different factors, please contact our customer service to confirm your desire delivery time is available before proceeding to order*
What is the delivery fee?
We provide FREE delivery to most of the metropolitan areas within Hong Kong (Details please contact our customer service).
We won't charge extra for delivery on Sunday.
How will the flowers arrive?
Our flowers are delivered by drivers that are experienced in transporting delicate goods - flowers. Therefore, we know how to make sure that the flowers will arrive just like the florist has designed them.
Why is the arrangement different from what I see on website and social media?
The flowers, fillers, and foliage in our bouquets come to us in different shapes, sizes, and stages of bloom. Our florists will always do their best to replicate the pictures seen on our website and social media. It is to note that each florists has their own creative flair in regards to some categorical arrangements. Rest assured that even if the bouquet you received is slightly different, it have been arranged with utmost care and attention.
Can I request a return or refund for my flowers after the day of delivery?
Please contact our customer service for assistance within 24 hours of delivery for flowers for any issues regarding your order.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after delivery.
